Disappointed - No snack and then afterwards the local tour operator says I didn’t ask for it. Just admit it, but don’t lie about it. This tour was all about making money and not providing service. Disappointed.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE - My recent experience on the river cruise was nothing short of a disastrous voyage that left me feeling utterly horrified and deeply regretful. From start to finish, the entire ordeal was marred by unprofessionalism, hostility, and blatant disregard for the paying customers. If I could give this cruise zero stars, I would. The first red flag arose as we stepped onto the boat, expecting to be greeted with warm hospitality, only to be met with icy glares and a hostile atmosphere. The staff, supposedly there to ensure an enjoyable journey, instead seemed to be trained in the art of making guests feel like unwelcome intruders. Throughout the cruise, we encountered nothing but rude and unaccommodating behavior. When we politely declined one of the snacks they offered, you would have thought we had personally insulted the entire crew. Instead of understanding that different guests might have different preferences, they decided to take personal offense and resorted to yelling at us for not accepting their meager offerings. The tour guides were no better, displaying an astonishing lack of courtesy and basic human decency. One particular incident was nothing short of shocking, as a guide rudely shoved us aside, as though we were mere obstacles impeding their path to pleasure. It was not only embarrassing but also completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a professional tour company. The overall atmosphere on board was nothing short of toxic, with an air of discontent permeating throughout the cruise. Seeing the fellow passengers in a state of distress only added to our own discomfort. It was evident that everyone on board was equally appalled by the substandard treatment received. To anyone considering this river cruise, I strongly urge you to think twice before booking. Save yourself the trouble, disappointment, and emotional distress. There are countless other options out there that value and prioritize their guests' comfort and happiness over their own egos. This experience was a clear indication of the company's lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. Steer clear, unless you're looking to ruin your vacation and your mood.
