- Strahov Monastery - Strahov Monastery, or in full the Royal Canonry of Premonstratensians at Strahov, is the oldest premonstratensian monastery in Bohemia, established in 1143, and one of the most important architectonic sights of the Czech Republic. The monastery, which was restored after 1990, also seats the Museum of National Literature, the famous Strahov Library and Strahov Gallery.
The Strahov Library is one of the most valuable and best preserved historical libraries not only in the Czech Republic. It maintains more than 200 thousand books, out of which over 3,000 manuscripts and 1,500 originals, saved in a special depository. The library consists of two halls, the Theological Hall and the larger Philosophical Hall, and the connecting corridor.
There is also the second oldest documented brewery in our territory.

Belonging to a select group, you can enjoy a ride through diverse landscapes, encompassing historic monasteries like Strahov & Brevnov, tranquil residential locales, and city parks. The famous “Bellavista” panorama viewpoint, offering a jaw-dropping view of ancient Prague, is a highlight on this route.
TRAINING: Don’t stress, normally it only takes 5 minutes to master the Segway.
REFRESHMENTS: During the excursion, you have the opportunity to sample a unique beer (or other beverages) brewed in a monastery dating back to the 10th century.
TRANSPORT INFORMATION: Upon your arrival at our office, conveniently located adjacent to the Charles Bridge in the city heart, you’ll be introduced to your guide and enjoy a complimentary taxi ride to our Segway starting point. Once the tour concludes, a taxi will return you to the office, conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance of most hotels and the entirety of Prague’s historic quarters.
