Martin tours - I enjoyed the tour to the castle and I think it’s worthy. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke in English and French. She also told us some jokes and important historical facts. We had information all the time about lots of sites and not just the castle. She was really good and I’ve learnt a lot. The castle place is like a fairy tale.....so beautiful! I’m glad I did this tour and I think it’s really good.

Great day out. Beautiful sights and... -
Great day out. Beautiful sights and historic castle. Took the horse and cart ride up to the castle which was a nice touch. The hill is very steep and you would need to be really fit to walk it. Back in Prague for 3pm to enjoy a nice lunch and a few drink in the old square near to the drop off point. All in all a very nice trip. Guide was freindly and informative. I would recommend this trip to anyone who loves historic castles.

Sarah the tour guide was really nice... -
Sarah the tour guide was really nice and knew a lot about the castle and it's history. She also gave tips on the shopping in the village and made sure you had a fun time. The castle is lovely and in a beautiful area with a very quaint village to go through. Just know it's up a hill. o

Karlstejn Castle From Prague - It was a very enjoyable day, I found it good to get out of the city & into the countryside, the driver was very accommodating & Katerina C was very knowledgeable, patient, & helpful. The castle itself stands overlooking some v v beautiful surroundings, the guide within the castle was clear & had a v good sense of humour. Overall I would highly recommend this tour

A good castle not far from the city... -
A good castle not far from the city. The climb from the car park is steep, and we were glad that we opted to take the horse cart.

Nice trip to castle but grumpy guide - We took the bus tour to Karlstejn castle which is really quite beautiful. Unfortunately our tour guide Vera was just as cranky. Did not see her smile all day and she did not seem to like her job. She gets annoyed when you ask questions so you soon learn to be silent. In short, I definitely recommend Karlstejn castle but perhaps try going with another tour agency.
