Sophistica Gallery - An immersive insight to Czech culture and tastes suitable for all visitors to the beautiful city of Prague. The performance takes us on a journey through the evolution of Czech classical music from Smetana through Dvorak and leading to works from his protege Josef Suk. It is performed by an award winning Czech Violin and Piano duet in a unique venue which forms part of the Kings Road running from Old town square over Charles bridge to the Castle. The combination of traditional and contemporary architecture provides exceptional acoustics
The mixture of traditional Czech produce and refreshments including EXCLUSIVE wine from the highly respected School in Valtice are included in the price. We offer 2 performances daily. Doors open 13:30 and 18:30.
The wine school was established over 150 years ago,
it remains the only one of its kind in the country, the produce is not readily available for commercial consumption, providing a unique opportunity to sample the wine away from the region.
