East to West Tour, yes please 🤗 - Having been here before I knew Madeira was stunning, but after seeing more of the Island I have been amazed. Our lovely guide Francisco was great with lots of local knowledge, and managed to beat the other coaches 1st - highly recommend this tour 👍

Wonderful way to see the island - We were not expecting a private tour, we thought we would be sharing a van with 6 others. Much to our surprise, there no other passengers so Francisco happily adapted our tour to spend time in both Faial and Santana so I could visit the birthplace of my ancestors. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the island. The home made orange bolo snack was exceptionally yummy. All in all a beautiful day exploring Madeira

Madeira island tour - Would definitely recommend this trip. A great way to see the dramatic scenery and the beautiful quaint villages. Jorge our guide was excellent. Very relaxed , no time restrictions, very easy going and great commentary . He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch. Loved the fresh coffee , homemade cakes , Madeira wine and beers. So pleased we opted for a small group tour. There were 6 of us and all got on very well. It’s a long day but worth it.

Long day but good for ocean views - Jorge was great. He picked my party up from and returned my party to my hotel promptly. It was a good trip to see only around the coast and shore lines of the island. Not much walking involved. It was a long tour (8:30 hours) but worth it if you are short on time and interested in seeing different views of the ocean. I noticed we stopped at many of the same places as the large tour busses, but my trip with Jorge was only with 4 passengers. With such a small number, my group was much quicker at moving to the next spot than the large tour busses.

Great trip for the must see highlights of the gorgeous island of Madeira - This trip is brilliant if you want an overview of the island and an experience of the must see sights in a day. It’s a good balance between being in the minibus and being outside seeing the amazing sights of the island. Nice touches were the hot drinks and cakes at the morning stop and the Madeira wine at the afternoon stop.

The BEST island tour available - Ok this is the most expensive Madeira island trip...but it is probably the most comprehensive and in a small group (ours was 6) very personal. You get to see the whole island bar the mountainous interior but all the coastal highlights are included. And given the fact that you cover the whole island it never feels rushed...plenty of time in all the stops. Now for the advertised 'snacks'...we expected crisps and stuff like that, maybe a couple of beers....oh no sir we got tea and coffee with cakes and biscuits, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, water, beer, juice and more beer...absolutely fabulous.

See a lot of Madeira - Ok, so many thoughts. Francisco, our guide, was very nice. If your don’t have much time in Madeira and want to see a lot of the island in short time, this is the ideal tour! However, if you’re expecting a guided tour with any sort of explaination of the stops and facts and/or historical info, this is not the tour. Even though he was very diligent with the time but did not rush us, and made sure we were comfortable in the bus with the snacks and drinks, he was mostly silent the whole 8 hours. He pointed out the names of villages in certain parts, but in each of the stops I had to google the facts of the island to get the most of my visit, which was a little discouraging considering what I paid for this tour.

Very good trip showing... - Very good trip showing all of the highlights and lots of stops. Nice guide too. Would have been 5 stars if the vehicle was a bit more comfortable and if there was more information provided at each of the stops.
