Additional Information
Vertente Natural became the inaugural company to introduce Coasteering in Portugal and have led the globe in adding ropes and zip-lines to the experience. The activity involves various forms along the coastal line, including scrambling, swimming, ascension, descent, zip-lining, and cliff diving into the waters. Participants need only fulfill one prerequisite - they must be proficient swimmers!
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the weather conditions doesnt allow to do the activity with the standard safety requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund
- Recommended age for children > 12

Fun day out in the nature, easily managed from Lisbon - What a fun day! This was just far enough out of my comfort zone to be exhilarating. The surroundings are beautiful. They are well equipped and well organized. And I cannot say enough good things about the guides Alex and Henrique. Thanks again guys.

Great!! - What a wonderful morning. Everything went wonderfully.
Very helpful, attentive staff and always ready to provide extra support when there was any fear when doing the jumps.
I recommend. It's a very cool activity. Fabulous landscapes.

Fantastic - Absolutely fantastic experience I would recommend to anyone especially a group to do. The instructors are so much fun and knowledgeable and will make the adventure easy. The jumps are very easy and the scenery is absolutely stunning only downside was I forgot my GoPro to capture this amazing day

Amazing, must do - Coming from Australia, i did not know what “coasteering” was until this experience. An amazing experience with perfect guides Henrique and Ines 🙏🏻 made the experience fun, enjoyable and safe.

Great activity - Epic jumps, frankly terrifying at some points but also exhilarating and exciting. Slightly different H&S standard to U.K. so good to be confident of your fitness. V generous leaders, good wetsuits and great snack and water before the zip wire !

Extremely fun experience - Insanely fun. I would come back to Portugal just to do this again. Our tour guide was amazing and even made us snacks earlier that day to have while coasteering.

So great I went twice in one month - If you like canyoning, or simply jumping off of rocks/cliffs into beautiful water, you'll love this activity. Arrabida is gorgeous, and the activity is so much fun. Loved it so much I went twice in June/July. Ines, Eddie and Henrique are terrific guides--especially Ines. Highly recommend this activity.

Amazing experience ! - We actually didn't really know what we were getting into when we signed up ! Wow - what an amazing experience. My son (18) and I (55) enjoyed this adrenaline inducing activity so much . Wow , so fun and what a great way to see and experience the coastline ! The guides were great , we felt safe the whole time and It was a blast !

Great adventure - Loved this whole experience! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an adventure or something different in the area. The only challenging piece was figuring out the pick up and the time was a little different when it finished than in the description.
