The season concludes on October 22nd, making it an ideal time to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage! This is the most popular 5-star tour, offering a blend of storytelling and sightseeing along the Piscataqua River and Atlantic Ocean. The guide will lead participants out of the city, through serene streets lined with hidden historic homes and stunning architecture, and into Prescott Park by the Piscataqua River. Participants will be captivated by the surroundings as the guide shares intriguing stories about the area’s history. The park has been transformed from an 18th-19th-century shipbuilding, fishing port, and red-light district into a lively cultural waterfront.
Pedal to Four Tree & Pierce Islands, passing gardens and parks, to capture picture-perfect views of the pristine Piscataqua River before heading to the Island of New Castle, where 17th-19th century homes are preserved as if frozen in time. Stop at the Common for the best lighthouse views. Arrive 30 minutes early to collect your bike. Expect some small hills over the 8-10 mile journey.
