After being picked up, enjoy a picturesque drive to Porto Vromi, which takes up to 90 minutes, before boarding a boat heading to Smuggler’s Cove. There will be about half an hour to admire the views from the deck before the towering white cliffs come into view, sheltering the cove and its famous shipwreck. The 200-meter-high cliffs curve and descend behind the beach, overshadowing the wreck.
Next, the captain will anchor at a nearby bay, allowing time to swim in the sparkling waters surrounded by Zante’s coastal landscapes. Then, as the boat returns to Porto Vromi, the captain will guide you to a secluded white-pebbled beach, a location so secret it doesn’t even appear on Google. Enjoy a refreshing swim here and listen to the tale of the ‘Poseidon’s Face’ – a rock formation thought to resemble Poseidon, the God of the sea – before embarking on the final journey back to shore.
