Material, transportation and insurance included\n\nJoin us for a day of adventure, excitement and endless waves! Book your lesson today and experience the thrill of surfing with our expert instructors.\n\nPlease note that surfing is not possible at all times of the day. We want to offer you the best possible surfing experience. That’s why we usually go in the morning. One day before the lesson you will receive an email with the exact pick-up time/starting time of the lesson depending on the oceans conditions.

Our passionate surf school, though small, is dedicated to providing surf lessons in intimate group settings. Lessons are held at the breathtaking Azurara beach, which is located 20km away from Porto. Immerse yourself in the serene Portuguese environment, far from the busy and overcrowded city beaches. The expansive, unpopulated beach of Azurara offers various spots for you to enjoy solo surfing. The primary focus here is on your lesson. Be a part of this ambiance with our proficient and native surf instructors. We also provide a pick-up service from Porto and include a surfboard, a wetsuit, and insurance in our package.

Great surf experience with Ocean Origin in Porto - I booked a 3-day surf course with Ocean Origin. Booking was easy and convenient online. We met with Sérgio, owner and surf instructor, at a central pick-up point in Porto, from where he took us to the beach with the best conditions for the day. Got very useful instructions for complete beginners like me. Wet suits and boards provided. I loved it. Sérgio is a super instructor, so patient, relaxed and friendly!! Monika in the back office was also ready to answer any question. Awesome experience! Met some really nice people from all over Europe. Highly recommended :))

Top of the top - I can only recommend these surf lessons!
The entire booking and organisation went smoothly and was very uncomplicated. The team (Sergio and Monika) are very responsive.
We were picked up on time and personally and could already get to know the other participants and Sergio on the way.
Sergio is a fantastic surf instructor who explains very well and can pass on his knowledge. Above all, he constantly motivates you, is patient and is happy to share your successes with you. He is very open and understands fun.
The three days of surf lessons were incredibly funny and I was able to learn a lot
I will definitely book again if I visit this area again.

Super surf lessons! - The contact was easy and the organization was very good. I always got a quick answer to my questions.
The pick up was always on time and we drove to a beautiful beach.
Sergio is a very friendly and motivated surf instructor. He always tries to give you good tips and tries to help you to improve your skills.
I had a lot of fun and a few amazing surf lessons.

Fantastic surf lessons! - We booked a 3 day surf lesson during our vacay in portugal. Pick up was easy and unproblematic and we went to 2 different beautiful beaches during our lessons.
Sérgio is a fantastic instructors. He was really patient with us and gave us great advices and assistance all the time. The waves were great and we had a really nice time with a fun group of people.
Equipment was all well-maintained too and we felt save all the time.
We would genuinely recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back next year.

Surflesson - Great experience. I got picked up at the metro station and we drove to a beach which is usually not too crowded. After a short warm up the instructor gave us an introduction on how to lay on the board, how to paddle and stand up. After trying to stand up myself a few times (on the beach) we went right into the ocean and tried to catch some waves. The two instructors always kept an eye out for some waves and explained how and when to go. Overall a great experience and very helpful instructors!
