We’re natives of Porto, intimately familiar with its nuances, and we’ll tailor this private tour to suit your preferences.
This private gastronomic tour is centered on Portuguese cuisine, but also intertwines elements of our culture, history, and unique traditions.
Our journey takes us to the temporary Bolhão market and numerous food spots and traditional tascas, where you’ll mingle with residents. Along the way, we’ll unveil the narratives that shape our signature dishes: the folklore surrounding the ‘tripeiros’, a moniker for Porto’s locals; the creation process of the ‘francesinha’, a calorie-laden delight not to miss, and the flavorful codfish recipes, deeply ingrained in our culture.
To complement your culinary adventure, we’ll introduce you to our Portuguese wines and outline the variety of grapes and wine-producing regions. And what about our pastries, like pastel de nata or jesuíta…?
