Experience the beauty of Porto in a whole new way on this 2-hour private sailing cruise aboard the Argonauta, a 32-foot, charming and classic motor sailor, built by the reputed Swedish boatyard Hallberg-Rassy. Sailing through Douro River allows you to take in the famous Ribeira (old town) and view the typical Porto houses and the cellars as they were meant to be seen, from the water. Plus, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of Arrábida bridge, and Dom LuÃs I bridge and the beautiful sights of bird’s sanctuary and the Douro River mouth flowing into the Atlantic Ocean.

Fantastic trio with Raul - Fantastic trip. Raul took myself and 11 friends on the sunset trip. Perfect evening, Raul was the most excellent host. Entertained us with local knowledge and interesting facts.
His boat was pristine and had blankets, snacks and wine for the trip.
We would all recommend this trip.

Wonderful private cruise aboard Lady Moon in Porto - We enjoyed a wonderful sunset private cruise on the Lady Moon. The boat was very comfortable and Raul and his team were so welcoming. Raul gave us lots of interesting information about Porto and we had some delicious wine and snacks. Blankets were provided and we were able to play music. Would highly recommend this trip.

Fabulous private cruise onboard a beautiful boat - My family of five enjoyed a fabulous leisurely 3 hour private Douro cruise, away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets onboard the Lady Moon. It was very straightforward to plan over WhatsApp and meet Raul at the marina. The Lady Moon is a beautiful boat. Raul was a fabulous captain and tour guide, friendly, interesting and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed tasting a delicious wine and port. He was abley assisted by the equally charming Diogo as first mate. Would highly highly recommend!

Lovely sunset cruise - Wonderful tour with thoughtful and knowledgeable host Captain Raúl. Great views of the cities, bridges and sunset. Very comfortable with blankets when it got chilly.

Private tour along the Douro River on the Lady Moon - Captain Raúl was simply amazing and a delight to be around. My wife and two children under the age of seven enjoyed our private two hour tour along the Douro River on Lady Moon. We sampled Port wine and learned about little more about the city from Captain Raúl who grew up here.

Intimate river cruise - We had the best tour guide Raul! He kept us engaged with the history of the area and the sights. The day was perfect and we were glad to book an experience that did not have 50 people all trying to get the same photo at the same time. There was only one other couple and we felt it was a private tour. I highly recommend taking this tour!

Almost cancelled, glid we didn't - We purchased the Private Douro River Sunset Sailing Cruise and the day before we were supposed to go we were told that the sailboat had not gotten its certification because of the nationwide power outage. We were offered a Dutch sloep instead. Since my wife was a sailor & this was supposed to be a surprise for her, needless to say, I was a little disappointed and almost cancelled the cruise. I’m so glad we didn’t. We were given an extended cruise for our inconvenience. Since it wasn’t a sailboat we were able to float under the six bridges as well as go out to sea to watch the sunset, and what a sunset we had. Raúl and first mate George were so knowledgeable about the area and port wines, they were so much fun, they made sure we both had a fantastic and memorable experience. Thanks Raúl.

Beautiful, fun, and informative cruise! - We had a great time with Raul and crew! He was a very skilled captain, and had a lot of interesting information to share about his boat, Porto, the local port wines, and history of the area. We had a beautiful sunset sail and would highly recommend spending time with Raul!

Most enjoyable sunset cruise at the Douro - The skipper Raul and his chief officer were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great time enjoying the scenic views (and the spectacular sunset) of the Douro, the fine Port Wines the guys offered and a great chat with them. Definitely worth recommending to my friends and others.
