Codfish - There are 1001 ways to cook the Portuguese cured codfish.
The challenge is to cook it in a way that everyone can enjoy it as we Portuguese do. - Mussels / Clams - Mussels or clams are one of our favorite starters. The green wine pairs very well with the super tasty sauce soaked in the bread.
- Almond and other pies/Tart - The convent sweets and almonds brighten our end of the meal. The challenge is to cook an almond tart and then taste it with a red port wine.
