Moving on, we’ll sample Bifana, a petite sandwich filled with meat and its juice, embellished with tomatoes and a subtle spicy kick! The ideal accompaniment is a local beer…Super Bock.
Finally, we will wrap up at Restaurante Maria Odete. Here you will be presented with a menu teeming with traditional dishes, like assorted cheeses and chorizos, with Codfish as the star attraction, all washed down with Douro Wine.
