Amazing Expirience with Paulo! - We had an unforgettable experience on this tour, thanks largely to our guide, Paulo Coutinho. From start to finish, Paulo was engaging, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. His storytelling brought the history of Portugal to life in such an entertaining way that even our kids were hanging on every word.
The group was small, just 8 of us so it felt very personal and almost like a private tour. Paulo made everyone feel welcome and included. He even treated us to some local food, which was a wonderful surprise, and his restaurant recommendations were spot on.
If you're visiting the castle, don’t miss the 8-minute 360° movie. It gives a great overview of Portugal's history and sets the tone perfectly for the rest of the experience.
Paulo was truly the highlight of the tour. He's passionate about what he does, and it shows. If you're lucky enough to get him as your guide, you're in for a great time. Highly recommend!

Worth it. - Wonderful views and the Basilica in Braga and downtown Gumaires were really beautiful. Deserve the UNESCO World Heritage sites recognition.

Fun and informative - Vitor was a great guide, never making us feel rushed at our various stops. He is very straight talking and energetic and gives a good insight into Portuguese history and modern life. Both cities have very attractive old town areas and are well worth seeing.

An unforgettable experience with Vitor - My husband and I, along with my sisters and their partners, took the Braga and Guimaraes Tour with Vitor. Vitor was an exceptional guide! His deep passion for what he does made the experience truly special. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about this beautiful region, but he was extremely kind and helpful. We happened to be there when the power went out throughtout the country and neighbouring countries, and Vitor ensured we were well taken care of given there was no electricity anywhere. From start to finish, he made us feel completely at ease and went out of his way to make the tour memorable. His enthusiasm was contagious—we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Terrrific enjoyable tour - Vitor was well informed, articulate, and fun to be with. He gave a wonderful presentation of Portuguese culture, history, and its art. He further advised us on what to see in other cities, which proved valuable. His English is fluent and colorful. A plus guide and a well organized tour.

A beautiful rainy day - Pedro made a rainy day successful! Two beautiful cities. Lunch was very delicious and lots of options. The bon Jesus sanctuary and braga cathedral were the best parts.

Wonderful tour of historic sites - We were fortunate to have our guide Vitor to ourselves given its low season. He provided an enormous amount of historical information and took us to some places off the beaten path that you might not otherwise see or know what it was if you did see. We would highly recommend the tour with Vitor.
