As a travel writer and a mother of three, I am always on the lookout for experiences that can be both educational and enjoyable for the whole family. The kids were fascinated by the large wine silos, and Luiz even allowed one of them to step inside to see how they were cleaned. It was a memorable moment that sparked their curiosity about the winemaking process. As we concluded our tasting, we agreed that the tawny port was a standout, and we couldn’t resist purchasing a bottle of the ruby port as well.

As we made our way back to Porto, the sense of camaraderie within our group was palpable. Pedro’s warmth and expertise had transformed the day into an unforgettable experience.
