In the past, Pinhão was a significant hub for the commerce and transport of wine from Douro to Porto. A traditional Portuguese lunch will be enjoyed in this village.
• Pinhão Railway Station - As part of the visit to Pinhão, the tour includes a stop at the 19th-century railway station of Pinhão. The highlights are the 24 panels of blue and white tiles depicting typical scenes of the Douro Valley’s culture.
• Quinta do Cume - Quinta do Cume is another winery that can be visited on the tour. During this visit, participants will learn about the wine-making process at Quinta do Cume with a local guide. It includes a guided wine tasting session where the different wines to be tasted will be explained.
