- Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools - On this day the tour goes to several places, the city of C. Lobos, the Cabo Girão viewpoint, R. Brava, the Paul da Serra plateau, the natural pools of Porto Moniz, Seixal, S. Vicente, on the Encumeada summit and return to Funchal. We stop for 90 minutes at the natural pools of Porto Moniz. Our driver/guide gives information along the route, making short stops for photo breaks and explaining what they are seeing, both geographically, historically and even gastronomically. Our affordable two-full-day tour package of both eastern and western regions, with an additional half-day tour of Curral das Freiras, offers a comprehensive exploration of the island. Complimentary pickups are provided from hotels in Funchal and Caniço, although slight delays due to traffic may be experienced. Meals are not encompassed in the package cost, but a 90-minute lunch break is scheduled each day. The return to the hotel is typically around 16:30 / 17:00. Note that we cease operations on December 25th and January 1st. Our team comprises of skilled and experienced tourism professionals.
