Fine tour guide but totally unacceptable tour service - The guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. However, the work of the service that provided the guide was totally unacceptable:
. They provided 2 phone numbers, but it was impossible to make a successful call.
. They cancelled a tour without any warning because they had scheduled it for the wrong city.
. They changed the date of another tour arbitrarily and without any warning.
. They provided the wrong hotel name to the guide.
. Apparently the work carelessly with hand notes because they had my wife's name, the name of the city and the name of the hotel all wrong.
