Get ready for the Best Day Ever! - This was the wine tour and tasting of my dreams! I can NOT recommend A Great Oregon Wine Tour enough! First of all, we were picked up right at our hotel, so easy for us. Camille gave us some area info on wines and selected the wineries we would attend. I hadn't heard of them but wanted to try these new places and boy, am I glad we did. They were all small wineries. They were all fantastic. We had SO much personal attention at each stop. We were treated like we special guests even though we're just plain folks! Also, the lunch was outstanding. It was healthy, filling and had some little Oregon surprises as a nice touch. Zipping around the area and finding these wonderful spots - it was like being in the Shangri-La of wine!

Wonderful way to spend a day! - It was a lot of fun. We were picked up promptly and on schedule. We visited 3 wineries - very different- small boutiquey, country quaint and fancy flashy. Tastings were extremely informative and educational. Our host/driver took really good care of us and educated us as well. Box lunch was actually the perfect break and very tasty, with a delicious sandwich, chips, hazelnuts, fruit and gourmet cookies. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more relaxing day. Point of note: the tastings can be quite expensive but are waived or discounted based on purchases, so ask questions before you pay $50 per person for a tasting - something we didn’t know and were not informed of in advance. Highly recommend this experience.

Great experience! - Camille was so wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the history and technical side of winemaking, but also had great personal anecdotes. Our group had unforeseen delays and changes to our itinerary, but she took it in stride and made the trip so memorable.

Great experience, worth it - Learning about Willamette Valley with Agreatoregonwinetour owner Camille. I enjoyed how the tour is flexible on the wineries you visit based on Camille getting to know you on the drive over. We learned all about the wines and the history of the vintners that own and operate. I liked how you could choose which tasting option you wanted at the wineries. It really helped with the customized experience. Camille was bubbly and made learning about what you are drinking fun and interesting. She is also a fantastic driver. .

Perfect Local Wine Tasting Opportunity - Kevin picked us up at our downtown Portland hotel and gave a brief description of the wine producing regions in Oregon. We stayed in the Willamette Valley and visited three smaller wineries with lower production rates. Each place offered a completely different experience. We had 90 minutes or longer at each winery so there was plenty of time to taste wines and learn about the region. A delicious lunch of sandwiches, fruit and local treats was included and enjoyed with a glass of wine at one of the places we visited. The scenery is this agricultural and viticultural area is stunning. The people are very welcoming which enhanced the overall experience. We would definitely repeat this trip again on future visits to the Portland area.

Our guide Kevin was very... - Our guide Kevin was very pleasant we visited 3 wineries: two served very good Pinot noirs as williamette valley is known for, the mother one was a nice building where we ate a nice box lunch- but the wines were not great. They had a sparkling wine which was fine but had a small amount of rum in it Then they served a mixture of white wines with 2% Pinot noir for color they called Rose followed by a chenin blanc which was Not crisp like a chenin blanc should be followed by mediocre Pinot and finally a pretty good Cabernet Sauvignon with grapes from Washington!! They did offer us an additional Pinot which was good. But tasting fee for this was $40. Per person !
