- Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse - A caisson-style lighthouse constructed in 1897, marking the west side of the entrance to Casco Bay’s main shipping channel. Nearby are Fort Preble and Southern Maine Community College.
- Fort Gorges - Modeled after Fort Sumner, this former military fort was built on Hog Island Ledge in Casco Bay between 1858 and 1864. It saw no battles and housed no troops.
- Portland Breakwater Lighthouse - Erected in 1875 and also known as Bug Light due to its small size. Inspired by a Greek monument but made of cast iron, it is located in Bug Light Park, a popular spot for summer picnics and kite flying.

Amazing Sunset! - This was an amazing experience. All that we previously learned/experienced via land was great, but experiencing Portland from the water at sunset was truly unforgettable. Tour guide/captain very knowledge and personable. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Great experience - Beautiful boat ride around the waters of Portland Maine, got to see a few light houses, many islands, and learn a lot about Portland. Indoor and outdoor seating options, if going in the fall make sure to bring layers, it gets chilly once the sun sets. We had a great tour guide who answered any questions we had!

Wonderful and just the right time - The boat tour was beautiful. The guide was funny and informative. The time for sunset was optimal. In any case, you must not forget the jacket, it gets cold on the boat.

Great Experience - Excellent tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly & funny. The rest of the crew were just as nice. We learned several interesting facts about the lighthouses, Casco Bay & Portland. Great way to see the area if you only have a short time in Portland.

Great Way to Spend an Early Evening - This was a truly lovely way to spend an early evening. We saw the lighthouses and the nearby islands, while learning a bit about the people who lived on some of these island. We also enjoyed seeing harbor seals as we cruised to see these. The icing on the cake was watching the beautiful sunset on our cruise back.
