Spectacular - Our guide and boat captain were amazing. I have never seen such untouched beautiful views, our guide wa very knowledgeable about local history and had a great sense of humour.

Safe and fun tour- spectacular views - This was the highlight of our Portugal trip! My friend has extensively researched different tour companies and this is the only one she will book with, due to the safety highlights of this company. I felt very safe with Carlos at the helm and saw a different boat go into a cave headfirst and Carlos always backed in to ensure our safety (must be able to see waves coming in). That other boat maneuver looked sketchy! These are guys that are comfortable out at sea; you can tell. Plus super fun and informative. Victor was a wonderful guide and Carlos laughing along with his commentary made them a good comedy routine.

PASS YOUR WAY HEAD TO TRUSTED SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT OFFERING YOU A BELESORTIE - The instructions of this provider to go to the place of the appointment are absolutely unclear. After questions from several locals and other providers and even the tourist office, no one was able to inform us, even by presenting our document. It was necessary to cross the police nearby to finally get the right place after going in circles in the marina that goes several kilometers. This claimant did not deign to answer his cell phone when we had plenty of time to show up on time if he had picked up! We arrived at the stand 10 MM late but there was no one left! Still no answer to my new calls. This provider did not bother to call us before the departure when at this booking our number had been noted..We managed to reach him in the very early afternoon and hoped to be able to integrate the next scheduled exit at 3 p.m. according to a border stand but we exchanged in English since he did not speak French and he told us that we only had to be on time that Ill would not refund and would not offer us another exit in an ironic, caustic tone, mocking us.The other stands nearby offering various exits told us that indeed the information on the place of rv were very vague and that every year, many tourists bore the brunt of it and that he never refunded!! I called the organization we had booked them with to explain the situation and describe the obvious instructions that would have made it easy to find the place. I will not specify them here because I would not want to advertise this provider undeservedly. It was therefore rescheduled for the day after. We were 1h15 before the time on site! Namely that we got up for the second time at 5:30 in order to take a train from Faro at 7:11 because the other trains did not correspond to the time of this activity. We therefore lost a first day of vacation as well as the amount paid for our tickets. And this time the service provider calls us, just 1 hour before departure time! ! So he had our number and also a phone on him and could have reached us the first time or at least answered when we called him. And there in a very cheerful tone, announces that the weather did not allow the exit!! That's when we ask him about the fact that he didn't warn us earlier because all night there had been a heavy rain storm and we had waited until morning to buy our train tickets. This would have avoided a new trip of 3 hours round trip expenses and a 2nd day vacation wasted!! When we asked him to refund our train tickets and the way out, he told us that he would not refund us because it was we who arrived late, and that he had been paid that he did not care, that he did not have to compensate us for transportation and that it was not his fault that in bad weather he could cancel him without penalty. And he added laughing and curiously in French that he did not care that he had our money!!!! We spare you all of his words, which are of little interest like him. Indeed, the booking agency left him the amount we had paid him and it was this agency that graciously reprogrammed the second outing for us in light of the context. It is up to you to judge whether this provider so dishonest, rude laconic and so disrespectful of customers deserves your money when so many serious providers involved and anxious to share a beautiful experience offer this outing!! I leave it to you to communicate this bad experience on your networks in order to protect other possible people from an odious, opportunistic and deceitful busnessman ..
