An hour’s journey from Santiago takes you to a place where the sun personally plucks grapes used in crafting wines that capture everlasting Chilean light. We’ve discovered this locale and want to transport you to the heart of Valle de Aconcagua. At the In Situ San Esteban winery, you’ll be able to taste three house wines, all while admiring the imposing stature of Aconcagua hill in Chile, the grandest manifestation of the Andes.
Our journey resumes towards Portillo, Chile’s first ski resort renown for hosting the world’s finest skiers and for guarding the mystical waters of Laguna del Inca, a spot the mountain range picked to protect an enigma. This secret is known only to those who deeply inhale its surroundings! The tour is conducted in groups of up to seven passengers.
- Lunch can be at the Hotel Portillo or in the village of Los Andes. The group chooses on the day of the tour.
- Months with snowstorm days: June to August.
- Snowy months: May to October.
- We can not get there when there is a snowstorm because the authorities close the way.
- We recommend the use of sunscreen, sunglasses and warm clothing.

Best trip ever! - We took a trip to the mountains and it was really really amazing! The organization was very fast and easy. We just did the reservation online and from there everything was extremely professional. I really recommend their tours to have the best experience in Santiago!!
