Unforgettable Experience - Our Chef and host Carlo and his beautiful wife Maria made our experience nothing short of magical. This class was the highlight of our trip. If you ever make it to Palermo, please don't miss out on this amazing experience.

Pasta and Cannolis from Scratch - This was our top memory from visiting Palermo! The night started with a tour of the gardens to learn how Carlo and family cultivate the fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs that go into the cooking. We then learned how to make pasta and cannoli from scratch! It was amazing and hard work! The payoff was a chance to taste our hard work topped by tomato sauce canned from the garden. The olive oil pressed from trees in the garden was more delicious than any we have had in the US. Carlo showed us how the cannoli shells puff up when fried in sunflower oil, and his homemade filling was as light and delectable as could be. We highly recommend this experience for those who have a night in Palermo!

A truly special experience - Definitely one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Sicily! The property and view are immaculate, and Carlo is an excellent teacher and host. The visit started with a tour of his expansive garden where we got to try different fruits straight from the tree. The pasta-making was really fun, Carlo showed us a lot of great tips. For dessert, we made cannoli, the best we've had. We can't say enough good things about this experience, it's a must-do if you're travelling to Sicily!

Amazing cooking experience & views in Palermo - An incredible experience from start to finish. Carlo and his wife organized our taxi to their farm, showed us the incredible farm, got us cooking with an aperatif in hand and finally we enjoyed an amazing meal with an incredible view of Palermo. I went with my husband and two 9-year-old daughters and everyone greatly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended!

Such an outstanding view & great cooking experience! - Carlos is a great chef & he/his wife’s villa/garden is gorgeous! There were only four of us so we had a quaint evening. Organic everything, practical guidance & recipes to boot! Beautiful renovations and offers a gorgeous view for dinner!! Strongly recommend this experience!!

A fantastic Sicilian adventure - WOW! Carlo welcomed us as if family which BTW we felt like family before we left! His estate with tangerine orchard and vast vegetable and herb gardens was fantastic. The food experience and the fellowship added to our most fond memories of Sicily AND I now know the secrets of the perfect cannoli. Thanks Carlo ❤️

Do this! - Carlo is great. Friendly and knowledgeable! He provides a great learning experience in the most beautiful setting imaginable! A tour through his garden and orchard picking fresh items included in dinner. Fantastic!
