Looking forward to future adventures - Had booked a late March snow machine trip to Spencer glacier but the conditions had changed just a little bit to make our group weary of going. I called and expressed our concerns to Alaska Backcountry Access and asked to cancel last minute. They were very understanding and refunded our trip without hesitation. We were very thankful and trust their expertise and look forward to booking a future outdoor adventure with them!

Snowmachine tour to glacial ice caves - We did the ice caves tour and had a blast! Andy and Zana were awesome to work with to get our tour scheduled. They had all the gear we needed to be comfortable and made sure everything fit to give us the best experience. The tour itself was incredible - driving the snowmachine for the first time, observing the scenery, and getting to walk up to the blue ice were all inspiring and incredible. Andy even had hot chocolate and snacks for us at the ice caves. Plus, he spotted some moose on the way back and took the time to point them out to us. We never felt rushed which contributed to a relaxed and enjoyable tour.

What a great experience! - We had a great time renting Snowmachines from Backcountry Access. The machines were modern and well-taken care of, and Backcountry even showed us around for a few hours going above and beyond their obligations. If we ever make it to Alaska again and want to rent snowmachines, Backcountry Access will be our first choice. What a fun trip!

Beautiful Spencer Glacier - The start in the heated trailer with all the equipment set the time for a great day! Below zero temperature did not even dampen the experience! Andy was wonderful and patient even when I accidentally went way off trail!
