Great one day experience in Villa! - We had a wonderful day with Albert during our one day stop from our cruise in Port Vila. Easy to organise via email with Sai, pick up seamless and the bliss of an aircon van was heaven! Albert kept us nicely to schedule and took us to Ekasup, chocolate shop, a beach viewing point and then lunch. Highly recommend supporting Bountiful tours - locally owned and operated.

Great day in Vanuatu - We had the lovely Fernando meet us at the cruise terminal and spend the day touring my family around the Island. Fernando was kind and very knowledgeable. He took special care of my young children and my elderly mother. He went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after and comfortable. The air conditioned van was very comfortable. I would highly recommend Bountiful Tours. They were fantastic to communicate with and our day in Vanuatu was seamless.

Great experience, friendly people! - From my first contact for the request of a customized tour around Efate, Bountiful (Sai) was very responsible in answering all my queries and on ground gave me a spectacular day of experiences. With Sam as the driver/guide, I had good information provided and warm-friendly conversations that added to the experience. At no point, I was rushed, provided flexible timing and that worked to a great advantage to see some incredible sights in Vanuatu. Lunch including fruits and coconut water was lovely and best suited for the hot day. overall, I thank Bountiful tours for the arrangements and recommend them to anyone coming to visit Vanuatu!

The cruise port was... - The cruise port was canceled and I notified the operator and they made new funds almost immediately. In that sense I would have no problem recommending the operator, though I don't know anything about the actual tour

Amazing Day on Vanuatu! - Hired their minivan and driver for the day. Had a very good experience. Spencer was a wonderful, safe driver – – friendly and courteous. Trustworthy company - Due to bad weather conditions we’re unable to dock. I contacted them as soon as we found out that we couldn’t come ashore within 10 minutes they’d answered my email and offered a refund within an hour of that email I had confirmation that my money had been refunded. When I eventually return to Port Vila, I will for sure be booking with them again as I have full confidence that if anything did go wrong they would do the right thing.

Friendly, Personal and Knowledgeable - Truly fortunate to have found Vila’s best tour company captained by Spencer the most friendly, personable tour guide and driver with great knowledge of the Island of Efate. We really enjoyed the good, safe driving as well as being able to accommodate our 4 stop itinerary easily in the day we had in port on our cruise. Highly recommended and would definitely use Bountiful Tours again.
