Good all day tour with Port Vila’s highlights - Was a good day tour - our guide was friendly and really chatty, telling us about the local culture and many facts about Port Vila. A good amount of time and Blue Lagoon was good to swim and go on the rope swings.

A fun day with a great guide! - A great day with the best guide, Junior! The two families in our group were so nice and the Blue Lagoon, and waterfall were lovely (even though the waterfall wasn’t as high as expected). The turtle sanctuary was nice but I felt sorry for the iguanas out in the hot sun, as well as some tourists dropping them because they were freaked out :(

A wonderful way to experience the natural beauty and contribute to the local communities, have fun and cool off! - This is a really good way to see some beautiful natural sites of Vanuatu and contribute to the communities who own the land and support the conservation efforts. The lagoon and waterfall pools are incredible swimming spots and though crowded, it didn't feel overwhelming and everyone was friendly and having fun. Our driver went by the name of Junior and he was really great at answering our questions and adjusting the time at each place to suit our small group (10 people).

Great way to see Vanuatu’s natural beauty! We are SO glad we booked this tour! - Our driver and guide, Junior, was really passionate about his country and was able to tell us about the history and culture of Vanuatu, giving us valuable insight into the culture. The lagoon was incredible and though there were many people there, it didn’t feel crowded and everyone was enjoying themselves and the water was unbelievable!! So beautiful. The turtle sanctuary is doing important conservation work and though I felt a little sorry for the turtles who had to put up with tourists‘swimming’ with them, I could see how tourism was a necessary evil and remembered that the turtles were carefully managed. The waterfalls were a wonderful finish to a spectacular day. The only thing that could make it better was catering for vegetarians at lunch!

Loved the whole... - Loved the whole experience, our tour guide was amazing, very knowledgeable. The tour provided fun experiences for Vanuatu, the lunch was lovely. An all round great day.

Great tour guide and fantastic day out - This tour is 110% worth doing. Even though it rained while we were at the waterfalls, its an easy walk and still enjoyable. The Blue Lagoon is stunning and the kids had so much fun using the rope swings. But I think the Turtle sanctuary was the highlight of the day for my kids. They had so much fun feeding the turtles. Our tour guides were amazing and I cant recommend this more!

good - staff was friendly and welcoming, the places we wemt to were very nice. the tutle cove was the favourite of the trip. good times.

Great experience with a large group! - Fantastic experience, fully recommend it. Great guide and very informative. We were a large group and they accommodated a large bus and great tour.

Dissapointing - I signed up for the Port Vila Full Day tour. I was given the pick up time as 8.30am. So when I came down from my room around 8.20, the driver was leaving! The hotel staff said they usually ask the reception if they can't see the guests. But this guy didn't. As I was the only person on the tour, why was he on such a rush? Eventually he came back after 2 calls from the hotel reception. As we were returning from the waterfall, I asked where we were going next. He said that because I chose Option 1, there are only 3 places. It wasn't even 12pm then. When I told him that I signed up for the full day tour which was meant to be for 6 hours, he called someone and said that it'll take 6 hours if there are 4 people! The tour description on TripAdvisor said that I would get to learn about the island and also do some shopping. I didn't hear anything about the island and the driver only said anything if I asked. He didn't even tell me the name of the waterfall I visited until I asked for the name. The Vila Hope flyer gives 7 places for the 1/2 day tour and 8 for the full day tour, I still don't know where my booking fitted in. I was told that this is a good tour company. For me it wasn't and I felt cheated as I was charged $150.
