During the excursion, a steelpan artisan begins by indenting the drum’s surface to form a musical range. This is then followed by a technician who fine-tunes it to produce a melodious tone. Given that a standard Steelpan requires an entire day to manufacture, what you’ll witness are brief exhibitions of each phase in its creation. Additionally, you’ll get the chance to feel and try out the instruments yourself.
