The location of the post makes it possible for you to see the port as well as the entire city of Harbour Louis. Numerous Indian and African slaves worked tirelessly to build the incredible Fortification with the intention of protecting the British Armed Force from the approaching enemy.

Not a great experience this time! - We usually love Viator experiences but this one did not live up to our expectations. We thought we were getting a tour guide but instead we got a driver who took us to places listed on the itinerary and then left us to fend for ourselves - no commentary, no stories, and no 'guiding'! The driver basically only spoke when spoken to. Although, when we asked him questions, he was quite knowledgeable. What questions do you ask though???
