- Silversonic Dive & Snorkel - Your day begins with pickup from your Port Douglas hotel. The fastest ride out to the reef from Port Douglas, the ultra modern 29 meter catamaran will be your base for the day. Throughout the day you’ll visit three locations on Agincourt Reef, each showcasing a different aspect of the beautiful Great Barrier Reef. The cruise has exclusive access to 22 premier internationally recognised reef sites and you have the choice to snorkel, dive or a combination of both.
The friendly crew will be happy to answer any questions you have throughout the day. The boat features full bar facilities, fresh water showers and expansive sundecks overlooking the Coral Sea. A tropical buffet lunch will be served between sites, along with morning and afternoon tea.
- Agincourt Reef - Agincourt Reef sits at the very edge of the Great Barrier Reef, a ribbon reef running parallel to the Continental Shelf. There is a multitude of marine life at Agincourt Reef, from tiny iridescent fish seeking shelter in their coral homes to massive giant clams weighing up to 200 kilograms (440 pounds).
- Great Barrier Reef - If you have never tried scuba diving you can choose to do one or two introductory dives, or you may prefer to stick to snorkeling and explore all three sites from the surface. A crew member will take those interested on a guided snorkel tour at one of the reef locations. Certified divers can choose to partake in up to three certified dives. Whatever you choose, your Outer Great Barrier Reef Dive and Snorkel Cruise includes up to five hours in the water.
We recommend you book this reef trip on your first full available day. You then have the opportunity to be flexible and change your travel date if you wish. Your booking can be changed at no additional cost directly with the operator once you are in Cairns. Prebook and secure your booking, but relax in knowing you can make amendments at no charge.

A welcoming team will be on hand to satisfy any queries you might have during the trip. The vessel comes equipped with a full-service bar, fresh water showers, and spacious sun decks that provide panoramic views of the Coral Sea. The provisions for the day include a tropical buffet lunch served between dive spots, complemented with morning and afternoon tea.
- Minimum age for introductory scuba diving is 12 years. All diving participants will be required to complete a health questionaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- After a single dive, a wait of 12 hours is recommended before flying. If doing multiple dives, an interval of 24 hours is recommended.

Awesome experience with great crew - My wife and I had a day out snorkeling and it was amazing! They accommodated us with every need, she was 25 weeks pregnant and nothing was too hard for the crew. I did an introductory scuba dive at one of the sites, the crew were great in preparing and very professional guiding me through. Morning tea / buffet lunch / afternoon tea all provided. Highly recommend!

Th crew were truly amazing, very knowledgeable & if I recall they are the only remaining family owned businesses doing tours to the reef.

Amazing Crew - Snorkelling the GBR. Tour was organized and most importantly FUN! Took our adult daughter and we all had a blast. Food was yummy. Crew was knowledgeable safety oriented - awesome teamwork in action to make our day very special.

Held hostage for 4.5 hours - Unfortunately this is not a good experience for certified divers. Both our dives were completed by noon and there was nothing for us to do at the second shallow reef. We waited for the beginner divers to complete their shallow dive and the snorkeling groups to get back on board then we went back to the first dive site to pick someone else up We were held hostage on the boat for 4.5 hours until we returned to Cairns. It would be much better organized if we had lunch at the second site and then went back to complete our second dive at the first site since we had to go back there anyway. Our surface interval would not seem so rushed that way too
