A great visit to Daintree river and Mossman rainforest - The cruise on the river was great with beautiful reflections on the river although we did not see any crocodiles. Morning tea was very nice with fresh coffee and cupcakes. The visit to Mossman Gorge rainforest was very interesting and of course it rained. It was great to be able to fit all this trip into a morning. The bus driver was very knowledgeable and interesting about the problem with sugar cane growing and processing and describing trees in the rainforest.

Wonderful half day trip on the Daintree cruise and Mossman gorge - Had a wonderful half day trip starting at 730am until about 12 midday. We got picked up direct from our hotel only a small group which was great as we had lots of opportunities to speak with our wonderful guide peer. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable on the approx 30 mins trip to the Daintree cruise. The cruise along the Daintree was great approx an hour and our guide so knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora. We didn’t see any big crocs on this trip but we were delighted to see 4 baby crocodiles! After the boat trip we had some tea and delicious muffins before setting off to the Mossman gorge Once we arrived at the gorge peer walked us through this gorgeous and ancient rainforest on a boardwalk for approx 500m to the river where the children had a lovely paddle in the fresh stream, then we continued walking up a path approx 100 m to a suspended bridge which was great to walk across and take pictures of the gorgeous surroundings Once we got back and had a look round the shop at the visitor centre the coach picked us up for the 10/15 mins journey back to port Douglas Wonderful day, thank you Peer and the team we had a great time

Excellent - What a memorable morning. First a really informative boat trip down the Daintree River . The skipper was so kind and obliging, making sure we had the opportunity to take photos of crocodiles . Then Matt had prepared coffee and Friand for morning coffee. Our walk in the Mossman Gorge was brilliant. Matt took great care in pointing out so much vegetation and insects, birds, etc.It is obvious that he is passionate about his area . Had a welcoming dip in the cool waters. A huge Irish Go raibh maith agaibh to all .

World class experience. - Our tour guide made the trip. Our guide was Cameron. His knowledge of the rain forest, plant life, animal life and the history of the country was wildly impressive. Great energy and sense of humor on top of broad and deep knowledge. The company structured the tour in a way that allowed great experiences in the rain forest coupled with the right kind of breaks - it was a ten hour tour. The pace was right. Worth investing in a small group tour. We had four people today and it was personal with all questions answered. Fantastic.

Great Day! Great Tour & Tour Guide! - Wow! what a wonderful half day tour! Got picked up by Cam and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Cam was very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the whole area. We got to meet the lovely Erika who training, she also knew a lot about the area as a local and was very friendly. We spotted 4 crocodiles on the River Cruise even though this weather makes them hide away. Highlight for me was the beauty of the rainforest, and swimming in the Mossman Gorge. So refreshing and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this half day tour if you don’t want to be out all day. Will definitely return and do this Tour again.

Mossman Gorge - Could have been the time of the year (March) but only one Croc seen and pretty boring to be truthful. On the other hand Mossman Gorge was the highlight of our entire stay. Put this on your bucket list and press repeat. Tour driver Erica was terrific.

Loved it - Great tour. Peer was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. The Mossman Gorge was the highlight. If you love swimming you’ll want more time here or need to go back.

Poor Value for Family - avoid during rainy weather and high tide - Guide was a good host and very pleasant but experience was not good value. We paid over $600 CAD for a 5 person family. If we had done the two stops on our own it would have been less than $150. We would have been happy to pay a premium for the guiding and driving but not $450! The rainy weather didn't help finding wildlife in the forest or looking for crocs at high tide (why book tours at high tide?) but weather is out of the tour operator's control. In the end felt a bit ripped off.
