Once in a life time experience - Lovely day. Boarding the boat you had plenty of options where to sit, inside or outside. As part of the check-in process, they check if you have any medical conditions. Once at the pontoon, you are free to snorkel as much as you want, go to the underwater observatory, or catch the semi-submersible around. I was a little nervous but felt perfectly safe, and we got to see a turtle and a clown fish on the boat trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and come back again!

Reef Magic - We were picked up at our hotel in Cairns at 8.10 and bused to Port Douglas Wharf ( 1.15m) where there are shops, toilets, ice cream etc. We boarded the Quicksilver catamaran and travelled for about 1.5 hours out to the pontoon. On route we were served tea/Coffee and biscuits and the brilliant staff on board explained what was going to happen on arrival. We also had a very interesting talk from a marine biologist. . Lunch was served on the catamaran between !2-1.30pm. It was a beautiful buffet of Cold meats , Salads, Rice and Curry plus Fruit Platter. On the Pontoon there were different areas where to get your stinger suit ( March), snorkel equipment, scuba equipment or if you wanted to do a helmet dive , that too was available but at an extra cost. There was a semi-submersible glass bottomed boat that did 20/25 min trips free. There was also an underwater observation deck. These were great for kids and people who did not want to snorkel/dive. The staff were unbelievable, so helpful with the equipment and so encouraging to first timers and non swimmers. It was really well manned nd organised. They did a fish feeding so that those staying close to the pontoon could share in the magic that is the REEF. Again on the way home we were served crackers and cheese and drinks. Back in Port Douglas we were guided back onto our bus and delivered safely back to our hotel in Cairns. We had an Amazing Unforgettable Day. Thank You to ALL the staff both on the Catamaran and the Pontoon.

Barrier Reef Day Out - Awesome day, staff were fantastic and were very impressed with how well it was run. Food was amazing and plentiful. My son got bitten on the face by a bluebottle (very unlucky) and the lifesavers and staff could not do enough for him.

A fantastic diving and snorkeling day with unforgettable impressions - What an experience! With about 40 other holidaymakers for snorkeling and diving. We were very small groups who were able to collect incredibly great impressions with the super nice and competent instructors at the most beautiful diving ground in the world. The equipment was great! Security was secured at all times. The food was very fine.
