Quality Bike, Price & Service - When deciding which of the many bike hire options in Pollenca to use, I looked for value for money & the quality of the road bike specs. UBH met both of these requirements well, particularly when comparing their prices to others. So the next question should be about the customer service & the knowledge of those running the show. Jason & Lisa were excellent, you can trust them, they know their stufff & i found the comms and help first class. I was due to pick my bike up at 4pm at their unit near the Duva Hotel in Port Pollensa. Unfortunately, Jason was delayed due to double puncture after hitting a pothole whilst riding. Lisa called & explained, with Jason then arriving at my hotel a little later with a free upgraded wheels set & proceeded to set my bike up from my submitted measurements quickly. He even came back that evening and left 2 inner tubes with reception for me (which i didnt emd up needing thankfully!) I like the fact that the owner is out riding (and clearly a good one at that looking at theor Strava) & lets be honest, these things happen. But the customer service after his accident was excellent. My bike was spotless and got me up Sa Calabra better than my legs did! Highly recommend these guys. Honest, knowlegable & great customer service.

Great bikes - We hired bikes for 5 days from Jason and were very happy with the bikes and the service. We will definitely hire bikes again from Ultimate Bike Hire on a return visit.

Great Company Friendly Staff - Had a great time riding the Swift Carbon bike for 5 days a really great bike for travelling and climbing. Jason is a great guy to deal with he couldn’t do enough to make it a great cycling experience. I will definitely use UBH again

First time cycling abroad - Jason was great arrived at 9am to pick up the bikes, he set them up for us to the right heights, installed our computer mounts made sure we had essentials for the road (tubes and pump). The bikes were first class, no complaints what so ever they never missed a beat and gave us superb confidence on our rides. The only thing i would recommend is take your own saddle for ultimate comfort!

Truly Fantastic Experience - Can't wait to come back! - I cannot recommend Ultimate Bike Hire highly enough! We were in Mallorca for a wedding and saved two days for cycling - with precious little time, Lisa and Jason made sure we maximized our time on the bikes. Lisa and Jason were great from the very start - we coordinated our needs for bikes, shoes, helmets and a guide through Lisa via email to ensure we didn't miss anything. Upon arrival, we met Jason and Lisa who are wonderful and very knowledgeable about cycling and Mallorca. THE BIKES - WOW, the bikes were amazing. Lightweight, beautifully maintained, amazing shifting, and new brake pads to ensure our downhill rides were squeak-free. Jason graciously swapped out my husband's gear set for our second ride so he had more to work with on the climbs out to Cap de Formentor. THE GUIDE - As this was our first time in Mallorca, we had hoped to have a local guide to ensure we didn't get lost or stranded. Jason did not disappoint! He showed us one of his favorite local routes on our first day, and kept us motivated on the ride to Cap de Formentor on the second day. His background in racing as a younger man was so interesting, and he graciously lent us his cycling knowledge around form, nutrition and training. We can't wait to come back next year and cycle with Jason again. If you're staying in the north and looking for amazing, well-cared for bikes managed by a wonderful team, I strongly suggest you work with Ultimate Bike Hire.

Work on customer service and manners - Was told in no uncertain terms that it’s not worth their while to deliver and set up the bike for only a day. Company is clearly only interested in long term rental. My suggestion would be to make it clear on the website and tell customers in a friendly manner if not interested in their business. Customers should not be made feel guilty for asking if they can deliver as advertised on their website.
