Great sites! - Our guide Simon was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we saw all the sights and then some! The tessellated pavement was unbelievable! We were hesitant about this, but Simon insisted we see it. If you can go down the steps and walk on it.

Beyond Port Arthur - Highly recommend this short tour if you are visiting Port Arthur via a cruise ship. In a few short hours we have the opportunity to explore a little more of the region. One of the highlights was the view of Tasman Arch. Our guide Nathan was knowledgeable of the area and pointed out other areas of interest during the tour.

Excellent easy shuttle to/from Port Arthur - Very nice informative driver with interesting stops on our way out to Port Arthur. Thoroughly enjoyed our day. Option of multiple pickup spots in Hobart was great with one within a five minute walk from our cruise ship.

Cruise ship tour - Tassie Tours were such a great company to deal with they went above and beyond to make our tour happen when the cruise ship didn’t dock there they came and picked us up and drove us to Port Arthur with Pete who was so informative about Tasmania . Highly recommended

Hobart to Port Arthur return. - A fabulous day out with Mark our driver and a small group of friendly people. Mark was informative, funny and considerate. We were delighted with the wit and commentary throughout the day, which included local insights and suggestions for our stay in Hobart. The bus was on time, safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great Shore Excursion - We did this tour when we visited Port Arthur on the Cruise Ship, Coral Princess. Trent our guide was excellent and so friendly and informative. I highly recommend the tour if visiting the area on a cruise ship. Trent gave us plenty of time at each stop and did the walks with us. The chocolate factory and Lavendar farm were very nice to visit as well, as were geographical sites of the Tasman Peninsula. A great 3 hours at a very reasonable price.

Splendid Excursion - Trent of Tassie Tours was our tour guide. He was very personable, very obliging and very knowledgeable. Trent escorted us with commentary on the various places we stopped at. Trent was happy to talk about side topics and answered all our questions. We were never rushed and the whole enjoyed the collective experiences. We did not have a deadline for returning and Trent was happy to run over time to ensure we had a good and full experience. Great excursion and well done Tassie Tours and Viator. Very competent guide and an interesting day.

Port Arthur Tour - Our driver was excellent and made our tour very informative. We enjoyed the opportunity to do a short sight seeing hike along with the stops for food and chocolate. The lavender farm was very interesting. Loved the whole tour.

Tale of convicts - Our guide, Mark, was knowledgeable about the history of Tasmania and made it come alive for us. Demons Land, I will always remember him telling us the story of the convicts and how not one of them escaped. Hearing about the line of dogs that were tied at intervals to prevent escape, and then seeing the sculpture was mesmerizing. Good job!

Tour started late but covered the bases - Our 3-hr tour started a half-hour late, which put some pressure on us to get back to the ship on time. Because of that, the beginning of the tour was a bit rushed and the driving was noticeably quick. Perhaps because of that, the guides were focused on the road and didn't say much about the scenery we were passing or Tasmania in general. As an example, very little was said until after we left the first stop (a lavender farm). However, the guides did say more at other stops and readily answered any questions. The tour eventually covered all the stops and dropped us off with 30 minutes to spare before the last shuttle left.
