Situated in the northeastern part of the island São Miguel, in the Azores, is the city of Nordeste. The city’s Portuguese name is a literal descriptor of its geographical location. Characterised by an extremely Portuguese architectural style, Nordeste presents a scenic locale, adorned with little villages, lush fields, undulating cliffs, cascading waterfalls and several panoramic viewpoints. Amazing!!!!!! - Just talking with Sylvia and learning so much about the land and the people who live on it. She was so open and knowledgeable. Let us take as much time as we wanted at each site. It was only our group and she gave us options to tailor our trip to our likes. Very good guide!!!!!

Nordeste tour with Ruben !! - Ruben is the best tour guide we’ve ever had. He was so knowledgeable about the history, the agriculture, the weather, and all the sites we saw.
He took great care of the whole group at lunch, making sure everyone had what they needed to eat & drink !!
He is naturally charming and kept us laughing with jokes and fun insights.
He really made the tour !!

Beautiful city on a beautiful bus! - We had the pleasure of being the first tourists on a brand new bus! We got to tour Ponta Delgada with a number of ANC’s employees and our excellent tour guide, Sarah. My husband and I enjoyed our tour and got a great overview of the city. I puke highly recommend this tour and this company.

Awesome scenery - We enjoyed the tour, the scenery was awesome. The highlight for us was Parque da Ribeira Dos Caldeiroes. It was a beautiful park with waterfalls, flowers, greenery and areas to sit off and relax. our only negative was the airconditioner could have been more powerful.
