You’ll return to Ponta Delgada while enjoying views of the north coast of the island. Logistics include a pick-up and drop-off at the Cruiser ship terminal or a hotel in Ponta Delgada. Great One Day Tour to see the island and visit the hot springs - I was on a cruise and had one day for the tour. I wanted to visit the Hot Springs and this was a perfect tour. Also came with good food, personal customization and great storytelling. Highly recommended.

Great shore excursion with Jorge - We stopped at Ponta Delgada on a transatlantic cruise with Celebrity. We wanted to swim in the hot springs, and all the ship's tours just stopped to look at them. So we booked a day tour with Jorge and got to do it all. We swam in the springs (bring your towel and suit - they have showers and changing rooms at the "pool"). We toured the amazingly beautiful garden. We stopped at the tea plantation and sampled the product. We drank spring water as it came out of the ground. Plus an amazing lunch at a local restaurant. Jorge was a great guide - informative, funny, easy to get along with. I'd highly recommend booking this for the day. He can take 8 people in the van.
