You will have the chance to stroll through global greenery and unwind in a thermal pool. Prior to lunch, a visit to the Caldeiras area by Lake Furnas allows us to watch traditional Cozido food preparation techniques and learn how to cook using the Caldeiras. Azores in a day - Fun but a bit long day seeing the sights. Day included a dip in hot springs which we opted not to do for a few reasons. Mainly the crowds and dark water. There were other hot springs that looked more inviting. Park was being renovated so not all pools were open. We enjoyed a walk in the walk and a cool drink at a coffee shop. We continued to the boilers were good was being cooked in the hot boiling water. Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious meal that has been cooked. Went on to see the crater lake at hot of volcano. We continued on to taste natural mineral water and to a tea plantation. Good day.

Lots of experiences in one day. - Apart from disappointing weather had a great day. Guide was brilliant with plenty of knowledge. Seeing the lunch we were about to eat being cooked was a great experience. The bubbling pools also something you won’t forget! Lucky enough to be in a group of only four.

Best Tour In São Miguel - Deni, our tour guide, is one of the most kindest and knowledgable people I've met in my life. If you want to guarantee a good time with good vibes, you'll need to ask for her directly. The tour in itself is great, awesome panoramic views, great food, thermal baths, what more could you ask for? Trust me and book yourself this tour, and remember, ask for Dani, she's a great tour guide.

Day trip to furnas - Excellent tour led by Thiago. He was super knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed touring the north side of the island stopping at Furnas and the Terra Nostra gardens. Thiago went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of - and even gave us a peak of the fabulous surfing beach Santa Barbara! Highly recommended!

Interesting relaxed tour with a good variety of activities and lots of food - Did this tour with Eduardo Castello from Picos de Aventura. There were two families on our trip, us and a Spanish family. Eduardo kept up a constant flow of information in both Spanish and English to make the journey pass quickly (about 40 minutes from punts Delgada). We enjoyed kayaking round the lake - saw spoonbills, carp. Watched the people lowering pots into the ground to cook our lunch. Then drove to the restaurant for lunch. There was so much food, all cooked by volcano. Finally we went to the botanic gardens, for a stroll and a swim in the very warm thermal pool. It was very orange from the iron, and so are any clothes that touched it. We had plenty of time for all the activities and never felt rushed. A great tour.

Didn’t pick me up and fighting for refund! - I booked this trip. U had to met at a meeting point so I got up early to walk there. Was 20 mins early . Waited for about a hour. No one showed up, I asked all the vans that stopped there if they were waiting for me and nothing. Now trying to fight with them for a refund is getting to be a lot. So I would never book with this company again. Unless they actually finally give me a refund. I held off on writing this. But it’s been a week and half and nothing !!!
