A Must do ! - Absolutely Perfect ! Highly recommed whole day Tour ! Our guide Francesco was the best ! After 3 hrs of walking Pompeii , i was driven to Vesuvius i went hiking for abour 45 min only because it was cold and i didnt have appropriate warm attire . Since i was the only one whO had opted for the day tour this was possible .They acutally give you more time for hiking .Then went for wine tasting with lunch and the views from the winery are overlooking the gulf of Serrento i hope i spelt it correctly. The whole day was amazing ! Please dont miss this experience ! Cant wait to return !

History, Hike & Wine — a great way to experience all in one. - Great experience overall! On-time pickup from Positano and nice transportation. If you aren’t aware, keep in mind the drive is very windy but great views along the coast. Pompeii was given life with Sasa’s tour guidance. Wish we had more time to tour or wander on our own some but knew we could only see so much in 2 hours.
Visiting Vesuvius was worth it but be aware it’s a nice grade the whole way up on lava rock/gravel so prepare accordingly. May not be physically for everyone. Our day happened to be SUPER windy and it was definitely cold at the top but glad we did it. The views from up there are unreal.
The wine tasting was a beautiful experience. Lovely venue, food and wine. We are used to wine tasting in the states where everything ends in a sales pitch but they didn’t do that here—although we would’ve bought a bottle to have later that evening.
Overall, a wonderful day. Nice sized group (10 ant Pompeii, 6 after) although I suspect that was mostly due to us visiting in off season which still meant a lot of people at Pompeii and Vesuvius but not crowded. I’d recommend this tour.

We had a great tour of... - We had a great tour of the Ruins of Pompeii with Sasa. He showed us the highlights of this impressive place. We then got dropped off to hike to the rim of the crater of Vesuvius with great views. We finished with an excellent lunch and wine tasting at Casa Setaro. Overall an excellent day!

10 out of 10 experience! - My family of 4 and I had a fantastic time! Our excursion to Pompeii and the winery could not have been any easier. The company did a great job at taking care of everything for us. We had great drivers to and from our hotel and the drop off points. We had an absolutely amazing tour guide in Pompeii (Sasa) and a wonderful wine tasting & lunch experience at the winery. Unfortunately, there was heavy rainfall during our excursion and Vesuvius was closed for safety reasons so we didn’t get to climb it, but the company was proactive and gave us a partial reimbursement without having to jump through any hoops to get our money back. 10 out of 10 experience, would recommend this trip to everybody!

Excellent Tour - The history of Pompeii was fascinating and Frankie our tour guard did a great job bringing it to life with brilliant story telling.
The hike to the top Mt. Vesuvius offered wonderful views. But the climb was challenging in 104F weather and very little shade. It was nice to enjoy a cold drink while taking in the views at the top of the mountain.
The vineyard was quaint and lunch was delicious, especially after long hours of walking and hiking.
Glad we did this tour!

Pompeii - The trip was amazing!! We learned so much from Fredricko. Learning about the Romans and how much we have now is the same as it was in the past. We made it to the top to see the volcano.

FANTASTICO - Francesco (our guide for Pompeii) was absolutely amazing! Made us feel so welcomed and safe. He was very knowledgeable, funny and such a fun person to have this experience with. He pointed out so many things we would have never noticed or knew to look for and is an amazing story teller. Would not have wanted to this experience with anyone else.

Great tour. Well worth the cost! - Amazing tour. Well worth the money Friendly drivers, knowledgeable guided. Minimal standing and waiting times. Pompei and Vessuvoous amazing sites. Wine and food good. A long day but highly recommend. Made crowded places stress free. Frankie a supoguid at Pompei!

The BEST tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius - Had the BEST time on this tour. We had a private transfer to Pompeii from our hotel in Amalfi. We then went as a group to Vesuvius. We hiked up the volcano on our own (this part was not guided). We had just missed the rain and the views were spectacular. You can see all of Naples and even Capri in the distance, and of course, the crater of Vesuvius. We were then driven to Pompeii. Our guide, Francesco, was HILARIOUS. He is, hands down, the best tour guide we’ve ever had (and we’ve gone on many tours before). He was entertaining and informative. We were all in awe the entire time, and I’m sure I can say on behalf of our group that Francesco was a fantastic guide and made our tour of Pompeii just that much more fascinating. We wish we could have Francesco as a private guide for the rest of our stay in Amalfi. Would 10/10 recommend!!

A great full day OUTING. - Francesco our guide at Pompeii was awesome. Had excellent knowledge and kept us all engaged with hilarious comments and infectious laughter. The Vesuvius walk was challenging but worth the effort. Cold beers available on site were refreshing! A great full day outing.
