Great tour with a guide FULL of Energy - Our tour with WanderSiam to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was a great day tour away from Bangkok. Alex, our guide was amazing! He was so much fun, had so much energy, and knew all the locals which made for a fun time. Great tour and we would definitely recommend.

Floating market and train - We had such an amazing time visiting the floating market and the train station! The whole experience was so unique — watching the train pass right through the market was something I’ll never forget. The floating market was full of life, with delicious food and really friendly locals. Our tour guide, Aleksa, was fantastic. He was super friendly, funny, and knew so much about the places we visited. He shared great stories, helped us try local snacks, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. You could tell he really enjoys his job. Everything was perfectly organized, and we never felt rushed. I’d 100% recommend this tour — and if you can, definitely ask for Aleksa as your guide. He made the whole day unforgettable!

Railway Market gladly again, Floating Market ghastly - The Railway Market is worth seeing and the Buddha in the Tree is something special. Unfortunately, the Floating Market is purely a tourist show - you will be driven from stand to stand in a circle for 30 minutes with numerous other boats. The opposite of authentic - the only ones earning here are the boat owners. The floating market alone deserved 1 star. Our tour guide was very friendly, but the English skills hardly exist. The answers to our questions were incomprehensible.

Get a guide who speaks... - Get a guide who speaks better English, our guide wasn't very informative about where we were going and didn't speak much about what to see on the way there.

Wouldn’t recommend this tour - We were loaded 12 people into a van that should’ve had nine people. So the three people in the back row of which I was included had a very uncomfortable hour and a half ride. The guides English was passable, but in the very back of the van, none of us could hear or understand what he was saying. The railway station was interesting, but was packed with tourists far more than any place. I’ve been across Asia. And I’ve been to dozens of markets in Asia on tours across the years. The stop at the Coconut plantation was OK, somewhat interesting. The stop at the temple could have been skipped entirely. The floating market was very interesting and well organized. The guide was helpful. I elected to take a grab back to Bangkok on my own rather than take the van again.
