A highlight in Poligiane a Mare - We loved the class and learnt a lot. Our teacher and chef was both fun and knowledgeable. We appreciated that the group was small, only six, allowing for a very casual experience.

Absolutely Amazing... - Absolutely Amazing Experience!
We had such an awesome time—definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational outing! We learned so much, and the experience was truly unforgettable. My son absolutely loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food turned out great, and there was so much fun packed into the day. Everything was well organized, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it a great experience for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice experience in the heart of Puglia! - Daniele: Master of Orecchiete in Polignano! We had a great time, in all simplicity. Small group of 7 people, different pasta shapes and very pleasant friendly time. We highly recommend this pugliese experience

Do not miss this experience - Such an informative and fun class! It is even better than we expected. Cooking in a traditional kitchen. We learnt so much and were shown so many extra tips and tricks.
Lots of wine and aperitivo.
I can not recommend this class enough and I would go again in a heartbeat

Perfect! - We loved this class!! Such a fun, homey atmosphere. The instruction was great - we definitely left knowing far more than when we arrived, but the best part were the teachers. They were so kind, generous, and made us feel like part of their family, even though we were only there for a couple hours. There are so many cooking classes to choose from, and I'm sure they are all great, but this one felt special. Fabulous instruction, great vibes, and exactly what we'd hoped it would be. 10/10 recommend!

A pasta cooking experience not to be missed! - Lovely welcome from Annamaria into tiny room/kitchen in middle of historic area. 8 of us learned how to make, cook and eat orecchiette pasta - had a brilliant time, so relaxed, informative and fun. A real privilege and highlight. Go!

Gals from the Cape - The class was good we feel it was too much money for what we got
A recipe print out would have been nice along with an Apron with the name of the class and town. After all for €75 apiece a little lesson on how to make pasta and a glass of wine with a few little Pickens was a little costly

The organization is arrogant and unprofessional! - The workshop with Annemarie was fantastic. The organization is very underwhelming. We were double booked. Annoying but can happen. So call the organization on the spot. We probably hadn't looked closely in our mail. Well, that one was just right. When we had to app the evidence we didn't get an apology but the connection was cut. Annemaria herself offered to give the workshop two and a half hours later. Hence 1 star organization 5 for Annemarie. Graph 🇮🇹
