Great fun zipline - Fun and safe zip line from the top of the hill at Sarangkot. You go very fast! The Himalayas were in view on the morning I did the zip line so that was brilliant having that view on the way down. 100% recommend this experience, it was really fun :) We stayed at the Barahi Mountain Lodge which is right next door and a 2 minute walk to the zip line. The way back up to my hotel was a bit too long. I had to go in the minibus all the way back to Pokhara, wait until they dropped everyone else off at their different hotels. They then dropped me off at their office where I was put in another minibus to the cable car. The cable car ride was nice, part of the zip line package, an unexpected extra. However, a big downside to the experience was that there was no-one waiting for me at the top, at the cable car, so I had to walk back to my hotel. This was despite them promising me they would give me a ride to my hotel. Not such a big deal except I had asked that they get me back to my hotel quickly because I was checking out that morning and also I wasn't dressed for a walk in the hot sun! It took 1.5 hrs from the end of the zip line to getting back to my hotel!

One of the most terrifying but amazing experiences - One of the most terrifying but amazing experiences I have ever had. Catching a cable car to the start of the zipline was not mentioned when we booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Then you jump into a van for another harrowing experience up the steep "roads" but once you get there the view is amazing.

Great fun - It was a awesome ride and very fast going down. The operators are very good and friendly, will come again with some grandchildren

An experience not to be missed - Everyone said it would be over in a flash and I would see nothing, but for me it was so calm and peaceful gliding down over the hillside, I just took it all in. The whole operation was great, from the staff in the office at Lakeside to the team at the top hooking me in and giving me instructions, and the the transport team. Was the only person booked on the 830am slot so got to ride up on the Annapurna Cable Car to the top rather than the jeep ride up the windy road, which was unexpected and amazing in itself. Guide waiting for me at the top to transfer me the short way to the Zip line. No one else at the top so was invited to watch the morning test ride (not than I really wanted to). Was another cloudy day in Nepal but I did get a glimpse of Fishtail at the top which was my first view of the mountains all week, added bonus. Well worth it, so glad I did it. Great Experience of Zip Flyer in Mountains - The operators were kind and punctual. The experience of the Zip flyer was amazing and enough explanation and training was offered to us before flying. They also provided us with a souvenir tshirt and a certificate.

World’s steepest zipline + bungee jump! Go go go! - I actually booked the bungee via a different platform but for this company. When I arrived at their office, I asked about the zipline which I was told I was also able to do. (Zipline first then the bungee) also I found that it is cheaper to buy directly from them than book via another platform. Anyways, there was hotel pick up, then also we were driven to get the cable car to do the activities! The staff were great! They would gave you all the safety instructions and made sure you all safe to go! Both activities were so much fun! The staff are all super! Thank you so much for such an unforgettable experience!

Wow. - OMG, I am terrified of heights, why did I ever consider doing this? And from the tallest, highest, steepest Zipline???? I LOVED IT!!!! They strap you in so tightly, from all angles, I can honestly say I felt truly attached and safe. But, when they opened that door and I flew off the top of the mountain - it was AMAZING! I opted to pay the extra for photos and videos and I'm so glad I did. My family never would have believed I did it, other wise. I needed proof. Do this. Just. Do. It.

Great Experience - Great experience not at all frightening once you start with an amazing view. Gondola ride was amazing and free t shirt a nice surprise

Great zip line, preferential service. - Quite a disappointing and frustrating experience as we were booked for 8 am and came with a group of 6(who were booked for 7.30 and 7.45), however a couple arrived at 8.58am after us with an appointment for 9am and the lady began to express her discontent to staff about not being able to promptly attend her appointment at 9 am having arrived two minutes prior. We were later told by the staff that as the couple had made a booking two days ago and had other plans after, that they were to go before all of us who had arrived and were already waiting at the site for at least 50 minutes (bearing in mind that there were other people who had made bookings 1 or two days in advance). If this was made clear we would have made booking a month in advance and there would be no need for time slots). We were already told that there would be a wait for at least three hours and were happy to wait along with the other customers, however having the couple arrive almost and hour after us and taking the spots of at least 4-6 people before them as their plans were deemed more important was downright disappointing. I think the staff could have just explained to the couple that there would be a wait time instead of offering them a spot before everyone else (also having done so without any of the other customers consents’) was downright disappointing and a reflection of poor management.
