The excursion initiates from Nayapul as we ascend towards Ulleri. Moving forward, our expedition carries us to Ghorepani (2,874m), a settlement known for the warm-hearted Magar inhabitants. Following this, our trail leads us to Poonhill, the charming viewpoint, for a pause to observe the captivating sight of the dawn. We then navigate to Ghandruk, a captivating hamlet, recognized as ‘the Land of Gurungs’, which is also home to the largest Gurung population in the locale. Additionally, the Ghorepani Poonhill Ghandruk hike comes with advantages such as zero concerns for acclimatization issues and it doesn’t require intensive physical fitness.
