- Moraca River Canyon - Just 30 minutes away from Podgorica there is a spectacular canyon of Moraca river, about 30 km long and up to 1000 m deep, famous for its steep cliffs. Our stop will be in the middle of the canyon with a view on clear and green Moraca river.
- Moraca Monastery - One of the most significant Montenegrin monasteries is located just next to the Moraca river, and contains some of the most beautiful icons and frescoes not just in Montenegro but in the Balkans. There is a great history behind this 8 centuries old religious place and it is one of the most visited monasteries in Montenegro.
- Biogradska Gora National Park Visitor Centre - Some 90 km away from Podgorica, the national park Biogradaska Gora will welcome us with its primeval forest, one of the 3 remaining in Europe. In the heart of the park there is a beautiful Biogradsko Lake with nice and mild for walking 3.3 km long path around the lake. It is a real chance to feel the harmony with nature, to breathe deeply and enjoy tranquility in the shade of up to 60 m tall and 400-500 years old trees.
- Mrtvica Canyon - We will visit the place where Mrtvica River joins Moraca River and emerging from an over 1200m deep canyon. Clean and exciting Rijeka Mrtvica is known for its hiking route through the canyon, the initial part of which we can do, if you wish.

The adventure includes a trip through the dazzling Moraca canyon, noted for its dramatic 1000 meters deep cliffs, the Biogradska Gora national park with its magnificent ancient forest and glacial lake. We’ll leisurely stroll around the 3 km lake path, examining the local plant and animal life. After our tranquil walk, we’ll sample Kolasin’s renowned leafy cheese along with other regional delicacies prepared by a well-respected local family or at a traditional local restaurant. Before venturing to Montenegro’s lofty heights, we’ll make sure to tour one of the three most prominent Montenegrin monasteries – the Moraca Monastery. Its story will enhance your understanding of Montenegro’s long history and the challenges that have shaped its society.
