Throughout the day, we aim to immerse you in the culture and history of the charming and venerable city of Plovdiv. Guided trips to significant historical landmarks and intriguing museums in Plovdiv’s old quarter are part of the itinerary. In the afternoon, we invite you to soak in the city’s distinct vibe in a region called ‘The Trap’, complete with a taste of excellent local craft beer to boost your relaxation. From there, we’ll carry on our journey towards Bulgaria’s oldest brewery, founded in 1881, and still a major player in Bulgaria’s beer industry. Here we will explore their craft microbrewery set within the remnants of their old manufacturing facilities. You’ll get to sample their top brews, take a guided tour through their production site, and enjoy a hearty lunch at their establishment.
