The best of the Plovdiv region - Our guide was super knowledgeable about the history in the area. Very friendly and knew the right time to make bathroom and restaurant recommendations. We got to understand the various different periods of history of the city as well as the relgious significance of the places we visited. Our visit had amazing weather and there were not many crowds.

Excellent Tour and Excellent Tour Company - Excellent tour, excellent service and highly recommend this tour company and this tour. The tour company was easy to reach and would respond quickly via WhatsApp prior to taking the tour. On the day of the tour, he picked us up on-time (keep in mind that most people are late in Bulgaria but he was on-time). The tour was great. We saw beautiful nature on the drive to the sites and he explained many things to us about what we were seeing and answered our questions. I highly recommend this tour company.

A memorable day trip - Thank you Ventsi for a lovely tour. There is some walking required and some slippery stone so wear appropriate shoes, but everything is accessible and set at your pace. The view from Assen Fortress's hill (opposite the fortess itself) is worth the climb, via some steps. Old Plovdiv is unique and the time in both old and new Plovdiv was just right.
