Memories of a lifetime - The staff were really incredible for both the ATV and zipline. We saw macaws and a toucan - added bonuses. We have been traveling for five weeks and this was definitely a trip highlight. I was skeptical about “free lunch” but it was one of the best meals we have had in costa rica - so fresh and vegan, veg, and meat-eater friendly. I cannot recommend this tour more highly; if you are hesitant JUST DO IT!

The best tour in Costa Rica! - Amazing tour! We did the zipline and ATV with lunch included! Our guides were very knowledgable and ensured we had a safe trip! We were picked up in a nice van in San Jose and had a great ride to the tour site! We even stopped to grab a smoothie and see the crocodiles in Tarcoles! The food was delicious, some of the best that we had while in Costa Rica! Picture packages were reasonable and looked amazing! Lockers are available for a $10 (refundable) deposit! I wish I had more time to try EVERYTHING!

Great time! - It was a great time. We visited Costa Rica to celebrate a friends bachelor trip. We booked our tour in advanced and luckily we were paired with the perfect guides. Everyone was super professional and encouraging. We participated in zip lining and ATV tours. I suggest for ATVs, you request your private group tours with our amigo Fernando. He created an experience for us. Great customer service and friendly. Be sure to tip him well after, you won’t regret it.

PURA VIDA 🇨🇷🫶 - My driver/tour guide Ron made all the difference. He added the experience for this adventure. As for the activities it was my 1st doing zip line and ATV it was AMAZING! Definitely will come back and with the same driver ✔️

Nice adventure but driver was not good - Just 4stars, because I booked English tourguide. The driver did not speak a word of english. I also did not feel save when in the car. The driver was always looking on his mobile when driving, the car was sometimes on the lane on the other side, he had to brake hard often.

ATV AND ZIPLINE - Driving terrible ATV AND ZIPLINES were great When we booked the tour we booked the tour for a English speaking tour Guide. The person that picked us up spoke ZERO English and was 40mins late picking us up. Additional After the activity was over we didn’t know where our diver was and had to wait 40min again. The driving was rough and made me sick. Never asked our names or who we were

DO NOT BOOK! - This company never came and picked us up for our excursion. We sat at the meeting location for over 15 minutes and still no one arrived. We asked the valet people as well as the front desk if they have seen anyone come to pick us up. No one knew what we were talking about and confirmed that no one had arrived with a tour bus. We kept calling the company over and over!! We messaged them on tripadvisor as well. No answers ever. STILL NO ANSWER even today!! When i put in for a refund request, they had the nerve to DENY it! We ended up finding another company to do an excursion with called Carara Adventure Park. That is who i suggest booking with!! Do NOT book with this company! Such a RIP OFF!!

Do Not book with Them!!!!! - My friend and I got to Costa Rica on the 25th of September and decided to book all of our activities that day. We booked this package (ATV and Zipline) for the 27th. Once we booked it and my credit card was charged, I decided to call them (on the number listed) and since no one picked up I left a voice message. The next day I called them several times and still no answer. I left at least three voice messages. Then I emailed them to the email listed on the boucher. It came back saying that the email i was trying to send it to did not exist. So then on the 27th at 6am (the time and day we were supposed to be picked up) I received a message from them through trip advisor saying that they were not able to pick us up because they were full, also stated that they couldn’t pick us up at the location we had provided. I had to call my credit card company and report them since they wont answer my messages nor give us a refund ($286 for two people!!). My advice: try to book with companies that have a lot of reviews and do a little bit of research before you book it. Also, try renting a car and drive yourself to the different activity cites, it will save you money. It will also be a good backup plan in case any of the activities you plan fall through like it happened to my friend and I. We ended up spending all day in the city walking around and did a food tour because it was too last minute to book anything else.
