- Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park - Embark on the Vista Los Suenos Extreme Canyoning journey, where you’ll traverse the rainforest on foot, descend breathtaking waterfalls, and navigate riverbeds amidst the wilderness.
Your excursion begins with a 15-minute ride on a tractor, followed by a 20-minute trek to the initial platform. This hike includes steep terrain and several steps. Upon reaching the first platform, you’ll receive comprehensive safety briefings before embarking on your first of three waterfall descents, with the tallest cascade exceeding 150 feet.
After completing the descents, we’ll hike back to the tractor, which will transport us to our base camp.
Included: bilingual certified guides, tractor transportation, nature walk, waterfall rappelling, fruits, water, and coffee
Items to bring: waterproof camera or phone, towel, water shoes (compulsory), extra clothing

Level of difficulty HIGH
Minimum age requirement is 12 years
Participants must be capable of climbing stairs
A 20-minute hike is part of the experience
Expect your attire and footwear to be completely soaked
Hiking boots are prohibited
A spirit of adventure is recommended for those partaking in the Canyoning.

The Vista Los Suenos Canyoning experience will take you hiking in the rainforest, rappelling down amazing waterfalls, trekking the river beds and jumping into natural swimming pools! this is a must-do adventure in Costa Rica!!
The difficulty of the tour is high, you will have to be able to, swim, climb stairs, hike for about 15 minutes, you will get completely wet, so will your clothes and shoes, so we recommend you come with a sense of adventure
