Impressive - A super fast but super relaxing ride. We took a getaway to this place, and the magical connection they achieve with our senses and with nature was impressive, excellent. My favorite part was the little town. We had already visited Xcaret years ago and now it was our turn here and it clearly did not disappoint, 10 out of 10. Next visit Xpor.

Highly recommended - We loved this park. We have not been to anything like it, and the truth is, it is wonderful. They have two parts, one more dedicated to the senses, where you go through various parts of the park and experience various sensations. The other part, more dedicated to water and fun. We loved everything. I also suppose it helps that there weren't many people. Our son enjoyed it very much.

Many unique experiences to be enjoyed. - Wonderful half day trip with many different unique experiences which are aimed at using all of your senses. If you don't like the dark it's probably not for you but for everyone else it has some fantastic experiences. It takes a while to get your bearings as everything is made to mess with your senses, even going to the toilet was different ( go and find out why 🤣). Some great photo opportunities, if you go for the photo package which I would recommend make sure you take a few at the same photo point as a lot of mine didn't have me in them as you have to be quick and in certain positions to have the effects work correctly. The 1 experience is a walk in total darkness through every environment on the planet from deserts, rainforests, jungles, the ocean, swamps and several others that part was good but not amazing. Other activities include a water slide, a zip wire, relaxation lazy river cave and mud lazy river. It may seem a lot but it does only take a few hours, probably 3 to 4, it was spring break so I presume a busy time and the bit's where you que the waiting times were very minimal ( 10 minutes at most) Overall a thoroughly great day out and well worth going.

Highly Recommended - This is by far the best "X" park my family and I have ever been to and the one where buying the photo package is a must. Our favorite "dry" activity was walking barefoot through the Xensatorium tunnel in total darkness where you feel, smell and hear your way through various ecosystems. Totally mind blowing! Walking through the Town really messed with our heads and stomachs - we've never felt anything like it before. Although the zip line was too short, it's the most comfortable zip line we've ever been on. We loved it so much that we did it twice. The salt water river was really nice and relaxing. We didn't care much for the sludgerie, as it left our hair felling like hay even after rising off. We had excellent burgers and fries for lunch and each burger came in a different coloured bun (green, red, and yellow). We ate lunch in a large air conditioned bus that had been converted to look like a diner complete with 50s music. Our family unanimously agreed that this is the only park we would come back to when we visit the area again.

Off-day - It was the first time for my mother-in-law and she was fascinated by the experience, the entire park is very unique and unique. It keeps you 100% in terms of sensory senses. The photo package is great because this way you are free from using your cell phone and nothing gets in the way of posing. Plus the food is great. The decoration and design logistics are unique and sustainable. We will definitely return.

Great place to go - Beautiful park. It is one of the cheapest in Xcaret but it is worth it. With children over 6 years old, since 5 years old as the park admits, they can hardly enjoy the zip line and the slide, which seems even dangerous to me for 5-year-old children. Everything else is simply spectacular. The only thing I don't see well is the excessive price of the photo package since without it there are many attractions that can hardly be taken as a souvenir with a normal camera, obviously it is a business. In any case, it is 100% recommended.

Xenses but he lacked - In general it seemed to me to be a simple park with few attractions for the cost benefit, being objective it only has one slide, a zip line that is the flight of the bird, the river that you do not relax and you move forward dragging your bubbles and the mud one that is not worth it It's worth it, there are many places to take photos but with a lot of lack of maintenance. The good thing is the entrance where everything is seen backwards and you end up with a headache feeling

XENSES, A ONE TIME VISIT - We go to the Cancun/Playa del Carmen/Tulum area at least once a year. We usually plan on visiting one Eco/Adventure park during our stay. So far, to name a few, we've been to XCARET, XEL-HA, XPLORE (twice), Rio Secreto and other smaller adventure parks for zip lines, centotes and ATV's. XENSES is much different than the others. Photo taking is a big attraction for most. Really not our thing. The "fly like a bird" zip line is fun and we did that a few times. Missed out on the water slide. It seemed like it may be a little too much for us since we could not see it for the outside. The floating in the warm cenote and the clay river were very nice. The town was really unusual and could not figure out how they do it. The walk through the dark cave solo with just feel and NO visual is a little uncomfortable. Don't do this if you are not comfortable in small, dark areas. Somehow, they can see you, so if you just wave your hands they will come and get you. I should have asked how long to expect the walk through then I would have known what to expect. We made it through but had no idea it was going to take as long as it did. Finally, it is expensive (approx. $110 per person) relative to the other Eco/Adventure parks in the area when you consider Xenses is at most a half day activity and no food is included. We were told food is not included because the attractions can make you a little disoriented. We are happy we did it but we would not repeat this one. All the other parks we have been to we would repeat.

We pay for photos we never receive - I visited the park with my husband on November 8 and we purchased the photo package for both of us. Unfortunately, they only uploaded the photos of my bracelet and not those of my husband. We wrote to the email provided to report what happened and never received a response. We lost the photos and money because they didn't even offer us a refund. DO NOT purchase the photo package at this place, we are not the first ones this has happened to.

Scam with photos - We went on Tuesday 09/05, (I am a tourist from Argentina) we paid our entrance fee and 100 dollars for a photo package, which they never sent me, they contacted me and they said that it is a problem they have in the system. It's been almost a month now! Liars, scammers, they make their country look very bad and I am extremely angry and sad because I lost a day of my trip to visit that park that ultimately served no purpose. I hope you contact me again to give me a solution or I will initiate legal action.
