Brought to life the history of the Mayan civilisation. - We wanted a chance to enjoy the magic of Chichen Itza without the crowds and be able to learn about its history and the Mayan culture in a more personal way and be able to ask questions as we explored. Chris ensured this happened. He was very knowledgable and friendly and brought the history to life in his explanations. It was wonderful to be looked after so well. Private Express Tour Chichen Itza from Playa Del Carmen - Easy early pick up at 5:30am at the hotel entrance. Alex and the driver were already waiting for us. We stopped for two bathroom breaks and some snacks on the way there. Alex told us all about the background and history of Chichen Itza during the drive. We arrived at the Chichen Itza entrance 15mins before opening. Alex had already entrance tickets so we were on of the very first visitors who could enter the sight. The atmosphere that Chichen Itza provides when no one else is there is incredible. Worth the early get up and a memory for life. It is not the same anymore when the huge crowds arrive at little after. Alex showed us the whole area and stop at every interesting point including the cenote. We took beautiful pictures and also enjoyed the time to look at the souvenirs that the local folks had to offer.

Awesome - My wife and I love history and we also wanted to explore Mexico, not just stay on the resort. We booked this a little nervous not knowing really how it would be spending an entire day with a stranger…Man I can honestly say this was the best part of our vacation. Alex and Omar were awesome. Great experience with excellent guide. - Pick up was smooth and on time. A convenience store stop after our 6 am pick up was perfect for our needs. Our guide, Arturo, was knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, great with kids, and very informative. He guided us through Chichenitza in just the way we needed. We chose our cenote swim based upon his recommendations and enjoyed it tremendously. He helped us avoid the crowds and was flexible in regards to our kids needs. The lunch was excellent... we shopped a little at the end in town all based upon what we wanted to do. The return back to our hotel was smooth. The company Absoute Adventure Mexico is outstanding in their customer service. I had a previous experience in February in cozumel for which we missed the ferry for our tour. This company helped me through it, offered solutions, and gave me a refund when I could not make the tour. Great company.

Perfect day of exploration & tradition - Perfectly planned day. Beat the crowds at Chichen Itza. Beat the heat in the cenote. Followed by a delicious, traditional lunch in Valladolid and some city shopping. Dulce was so knowledgeable and gracious as our companion and guide for the day. Highly recommend 💫💗

PERFECT ANNIVERSARY ADVENTURE - Our trip was absolutely awesome and will be remembered for a lifetime. It was our 34th anniversary and we couldn’t have spent it in a better way. Our guide, Dulce was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the ruins and the colonial town we visited for lunch, she even convinced the waiter to let us order from the breakfast menu, which was delicious. Omar, our driver, was very cautious navigating traffic on the busy roadways while also delivering us in a timely manner. Have already recommended this tour to friends/family and will do so in the future!!👍

Superb experience - Our driver, Omar and our guide, Juan J, treated us to such a delightful day. Juan J was so informative and really showed us what the ruin was used for and helped us understand that time in history. The cenote experience was magical. Don’t leave the area without experiencing one! We had the MOST delicious lunch in the colonial town of Valladolid and enjoyed wandering around the square. The van was comfy and we had a very special day to remember. They did all the work, accommodated our wants and we had all the fun! I would highly recommend Absolute Adventures!

Exceeded expectations - Thank you Alex and Carlos for an amazing time on our private tour of Chichen Itza. It was one of the best days of our holiday. As Alex says a private tour is more like friends, relaxed and personal. You can ask lots of questions. There wasn't a question Alex didn't know the answer to. So much knowledge about the history of not just Chichen Itza but Mexico in general. We arrived to Chichen Itza early which was great because we were ahead of the crowds and could get great photos. It was worth setting off at 6am. Plenty of water on the mini bus to keep us refreshed. Honestly couldn't fault the tour and will definitely use Absolute Adventure again if we return to Mexico.

Amazing tour company! - I highly recommend Absolute Adventure tours! I planned a large group tour to Chichen Itza and from the very first email they were professional and easy to work with. The day of the trip they were punctual for pick up, and our guides Alex and Dulce were incredible, so nice, and made sure everyone had a great time, and their history/tour on Mayan history was so interesting. The restaurant lunch was very tasty and in front of a beautiful cenote. Everyone had an amazing time and I will use them again the next time we are in Tulum. Highly recommend!!!!
