Amazing - Tainara our tour guide was amazing 😀 she speaks very well English and is very knowledgeable, very patient and super nice. We recommend this tour is beautiful and refreshing. Love it and will come back with the full family! But ask for Tainara as your tour. Also when coming to Tulum be prepare it’s super hot! Bring hats sunscreen and water.

Nice Tour - The guide was very good and Rio Secreto was interesting. We didn’t love Tulum in the heat of the day. It was just too hot to enjoy the beauty and the ruins. Would have loved stylus first then Rio Secreto. Also the food isn’t very good at the buffet. You’re on the bus a long time after Tulum before you get dropped off at your hotel. It was a much larger group on the return to our hotel and involved several loooong stops.

Our guide, Luis, was... - Our guide, Luis, was excellent - he was really passionate about Rio Secreto in particular. The caves were beautiful to walk and swim through, and the equipment provided was all in good condition. I would have preferred for the official photographer to have been less intrusive though - being asked to keep posing for photos that we had no intention of buying was a bit tedious by the end. The site at Tulum was very busy, but Luis guided us around expertly. The buffet lunch was really tasty, and plenty of options.

Amazing!! - This was such an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to everyone. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the transportation was kind of messy. Either than that, it was great!

Miscommunication - Bound by excitement for a grand adventure, we eagerly anticipated the Rio Secreto and Tulum combo tour, only to be ensnared in a web of misfortune. Betrayed by the company's negligence, we found ourselves imprisoned in the beauty of Rio Secreto, yearning for the distant allure of Tulum. A second day dawned, a grueling pilgrimage to Tulum ensued, each hour of the two-way trek a reminder of lost time, a haunting echo in the corridors of missed opportunities amidst the breathtaking sites.
