Fascinating and fun. - I felt safe and cared for. Although some of the trip was a bit beyond my limitations, I was never made to feel like I was a problem. Michael the driver was very professional and helpful. Selina the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive.

Good tour - Hotel pick up was on time, passenger van that brought us to a central meeting point where we paid additional fees ($20 per person) and got on larger bus. This part was a bit weird as we were dropped off at a liquor and variety store parking lot and waited in line for about an hour to pay and get our wristbands to join our tour group. Bus was comfortable and guides were great, knowledgeable and organized. They do not accompany the group at sites. They give historical info summary at the beginning and you explore on your own. Long wait to get into Tulum due to high tourist season. No wait at Coba, bike rental was probably worth it but we walked in. Everyone was tired after since we hadn’t had lunch yet. Bring lots of snacks or cash to buy some. Late lunch around 4:30 was good, Cenote was beautiful but again we had to line up for buffet since there were a couple other tour groups there as well. Overall a good tour and met my expectations, but a lot of waiting and if you want more detailed information at each site you may want to hire a personal guide.

Good tour note the $20 extra fee in the fine print - Overall, I enjoyed the trip and found it to be good value for the money compared to what is offered by other tour operators in the area. Our tour guide was great, the transport was comfortable. While as noted in other reviews for most people pick up is done in a separate vehicle, and being brought to a consolidation point to be processed into your specific tour, I found the process fairly efficient (and probably is the driver for good value for the money). My only real complaint is the hidden fees. there is a $20 per person hidden fee that is noted in the fine print on the trip advisor site. But you have to hunt for it. I blame both Trip Advisor for allowing this and the provider for the lack of transparency. As this fee was 1/3 of the of the tour cost it was not an incidental fee.

Good option if you want to visit the sites and have not time - The tour was reasonably good. As it happens in these large tours, most of the time is spent waiting for the group or traveling to the sites. It works if you don’t have transportation and you don’t have much time to try to get to each site on your own. The guide was knowledgeable although a bit disorganized. This, combined with the fact that there was very little time in each site to make a full visit (particularly in Cobá) left us wanting for more. The buffet was ok (although I would have not paid for it have I had the option). We got the plus tour because there was no other option for the date we wanted to go. It is definitely not worth it. Try to get the cheapest possible tour if you decide to do it.

Great time, inflexible timings - This is a great way to squeeze both Tulum and Coba into a single day trip. The plus package I thought wasn't worth it as you got a sandwich and apple for breakfast and two drinks at lunch included. While the joining time was 7:40am we only started off to collect others at 9. It meant we got to Tulum at the peak time with other visitors. Bring some change for the bikes at Coba (April 2023 it was 65 pesos for a bike, make sure you test the brakes) as there isn't time to walk to the Great pyramid in the time given. The tour was bilingual which I didn't appreciate and meant less time appreciating the ruins. In addition several important elements of the ruins were not discusses, such as their function and importance. The timing was 1.5 hours Tulum, 1 hour Coba and 1.5 hours at the Cenote for a swim and lunch after the welcome by the shaman

Tulum, Coba and Cenote absolutely worth it!! - The trip was very rewarding. Never got boring. Especially to visit Coba was a fantastic experience. (a little more time would have been even better). The Cenote was off the beaten track and it was so nice that we were almost alone there! Good guiding by Rut!

Good trip but left you wanting a little more! - Pretty good trip but room for improvement. The pick up was prompt, but you then get taken to another area in Playa del Carmen with loads of other people where they re-divide you out into your tour groups. This took a good hour out of the day! Our tour guide Mundo was a lovely guy, but sort of offloaded us onto another groups guide when we were in Tulum. Because of the expanded group size we really didn’t move that far through Tulum at all and left feeling like there was a lot more we could have explored. Coba is an amazing place, but again, we were sort of left to our own devices to walk through so didn’t learn too much. The Cenote was amazing and a great way to round off the day with a pretty good lunch too. Overall it was a good day, but if you’re expecting a guided tour and to get a good background on Mayan history, then you don’t really get that.

I do not recommned - The agency sold ruins of Tulum, playa paraiso and ruins of coba. We did not go to playa Paraiso ,so I felt deceived. The lunch was terrible. The van's driver runs a lot putting everybodys's life in jepardy. I do not recommned.
